Our client has a very busy dog rescue that’s growing by leaps and bounds. She’s been handling all the work by herself, and she needs help! Her primary need is for social media support. She would love to find a candidate who understands trends and algorithms in order to market and sell the rescue, create brand partnerships and attract media attention. This is a full-time role that will be partially remote, and partially at the physical rescue which is located in Toluca Lake. Beyond the social media marketing efforts, your help will also be needed with administrative duties, as well as liaising with and vetting adopters. This is a dream job for a detail-oriented and creative self-starter who loves animals, and is a clever writer. Applicants MUST have social media expertise. Our client’s housekeeper is having twins, and we are looking for a wonderful Housekeeper who can start training in April and stay on to cover her until she returns from maternity leave in late summer. All told —this opening will last about three months, possibly longer. You will work a LOT of hours. The schedule on Monday and Tuesday is 7:00am to 10:00pm, Wednesday to Thursday are OFF, Saturday you work from 7:00am to 10pm, and Sundays are typically 7:00am to 5:00pm. The Founder of an innovative social media parenting startup is seeking a dedicated right hand. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced assistant to work alongside an incredible and impressive female executive.

Key Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company
• Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events
• Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues
• Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization

Qualifications and skills shall include, but not be limited to:
• 3 plus years of Personal Assistant experience or Executive Assistant experience working with a C-Suite Executive or High Profile Individual
• Tech Savvy – must be able to learn new programs and problem solve
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

monday am to 730 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday 1 p.m. – 730 p.m..
Thursday 130 p.m. 730 p.m.
