Clients seeking help
One of the first questions our clients ask is about our screening process. Because we believe that quality individuals will provide quality services, we physically interview each candidate and put them through a rigorous screening process. We not only check references, but use one of the finest private investigators in the country – PFC investigative services – who will conduct the criminal, dmv, and social security verification of your candidate. We will assist you in each step of the interview process, and are glad to be there with you during the interview if needed. Our clients love for us to make house calls to help ascertain the needs of each home.
By being the premier and first agency of its kind, we have been able to provide our clients with the best lifestyle resources available. In addition to having your own personal assistant, butler, chef, housekeeper, etc, we are able to help take them to a new level with some of the best trainers in the industry. BUTLERS
“A butler is a servant in a wealthy, large household. In great houses the butler is in charge of the dining room, the wine cellar and the pantry. A butler is usually male, and in charge of male servants, while the housekeeper is usually female and in charge of the female servants. Traditionally, male servants (such as footmen) were better paid and therefore rarer and of higher status then female servants. The butler, as the senior male servant has the highest servant status.” This is no longer true, as the estate manager could or would oversee the butler if there are many residences.
The butler represents and often instills values and service to the rest of the staff. Their attitude and enthusiasm will spread though your estate in a manner that will keep your entire staff happy. The butler might know 80 ways to tie a tie, handle your wardrobe, pick your wine, attend to your floral arrangements, set the finest table, take care of your antiques, polish your shoes, your silver, and train your staff. They will attend to the needs of your guests, and make sure that everyone is handled with the utmost in service.
Butlers may also be titled personal assistant, majordomo, staff manager, or house manager. A fantastic reference book that could help give more detailed formal information.
