Celebrity Beauty Guru seeks motivated and energetic assistant

CEO of rapidly growing beauty company needs a righthand to keep her scheduling, products and life organized and feeling zen. She has back to back clients and often gets requests to squeeze in last minute appointments so you must have impeccable people skills to deal with big personalities. This is an all hands on deck position where no task is above or beneath you. One minute you will be answering the phones, the next you will be rushing to Barney’s to pick up holidays gifts for her clients and the next you will be tidying up the office. This is a dream job for an ambitious assistant with 2-3 years of experience working in a high pressure environment. Hours are ideal, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm though you should be flexible to do emails as needed. You are guaranteed 40 hours a week at $25/hour.
