We are looking for the best, most organized, personable and reliable EA/PA for a busy and successful and generous tech executive in SF. You should have a minimum of 7 years, full time experience working for busy families/individuals in a home office setting, so that you are comfortable working in the home environment and understand the dynamics of working in someone’s home.
Must be Mac savvy, with amazing computer skills- this client is in tech and always likes to have the newest toys (iPhone, iPad, etc.) You should have experience booking travel (private and commercial, domestic and international), have impeccable writing skills, and also be okay running personal errands for the client and his wife. A no task too small attitude will thrive in this home!
This is a fully staffed home, with a full time nanny and housekeeper, so you should be a true team player. Check your ego at the door. You should get along well with others- -play nice in the sandbox please!
Candidate must have a college degree. Must have own car with clean driving record.
