Part Time Personal Assistant needed in Presido Salary DOE and flexible schedule

Part Time PA needed for couple in Presidio.

Candidate must have at least three local references working out of a home office in San Francisco.

You will be responsible for stocking pantries, errand running, gift buying, taking small (potty trained) dog to the Vet, managing laundry, as well as working in tandem with clients Executive Assistant.

You should have excellent computer skills. The home office runs on Macs. You should be tech savvy and be able to trouble shoot iPhone/iPad issues, as well as be able to use the Internet, MS Office, etc.

You should be a team player, be extremely organized, and flexible to work an occasional weekend (4-6 times a year for a party.)

Must have a college degree. You do not need your own car, although that is a bonus.

While “typical” hours are 9:30am-6pm, the hours often stretch to the wee hours of the evening if a deadline must be met or you are preparing for a show.
