We are searching for the most organized assistant with a great sense of humor who has a knack for keeping a busy home running smoothly. You should have an eye for detail and great taste. One day you might be working with the interior designer to pick out new furniture and that same afternoon be coordinating extensive travel for a family vacation while also researching the best new co-op for organic produce.
This is a warm home and we are looking for a wonderful assistant who takes pride in keeping a house a home. Her organizational skills are not great, so if you can organize a closet a pantry, a diary, and put systems in to play – then please let us know! Confidentiality and discretion are essential in addition to being tech savvy. If the Apple TV is not working, you are the one that trouble shoots before calling the IT vendor to come and fix things.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an assistant working for a high profile professional, a college degree and excellent administrative skills. Your writing must be top notch as you will be writing correspondence on behalf of your boss often – as well as wonderful thank you notes!
The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm with some flexibility. Salary is somewhere around 60-80 thousand per year. We are looking for applicants that live in West LA and have a college education.
