This family is looking to replace their loyal and wonderful Personal Assistant who is leaving after a decade! Almost everything is running on a schedule and the PA has created a guidebook on how to run the family’s life; however, we need someone very smart who is a great multitasker to come in. Your day to day will vary from scheduling vendors to running errands to overseeing the household staff. The current schedule has been Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility to stay late as needed. There are teenagers and dogs in the house so it gets busy! This is for a Jack or Jane of all Trades as your admin skills must be as great as your ability to think on your feet and work with little instruction. While you will have your typical day to day of walking the property, scheduling repairs and creating complex travel itineraries, every day is different. It would be great if you have a good sense of style as you will help with event planning, picking out flowers from the mart downtown and deal with interior designers. It is important that your communication skills are excellent as this position requires coordination with the principal’s office as well as employees on other properties. You will facilitate all travel plans and have suggestions on the best hotels and hottest new restaurants in each city.
