This incredible company needs a polished and proactive receptionist/office manager to start ASAP! They had someone they loved but sadly she decided to move back east to be home and is in desperate need of a replacement. This role is essential to the flow of the office and we need someone super responsible, intelligent and at least 1 year of experience in a support role in the entertainment world. This is an incredible opportunity to learn about the industry and be involved in the creative process. This is a TEMP TO PERM role. If you are offered the role permanently, there is health insurance down the line. This is a group of laid back producers/executives who truly love what they do and want to bring in someone who is as passionate as they are but who also knows that their first priority is to support the office. You are the first person anyone hears or sees when guests come into the office and you must have a professional and polished persona.
