Nanny needed for amazing KIND family with new baby

– Must have experience with infants starting at 4-6 months (and if they’ve had experience with preemies, bonus)
– Has a firm understanding that her position is to help us raise our child, and not to take over all responsibilities pertaining to child
– Will work together with us to figure out our daily routine
– Is aware and respects when we need our private family time
– Will be flexible when we need occasional night help due to work functions and date night
– CPR/First Aid certified
– A college degree
– Has good communication skills
– Good sense of humor
– Energetic and playful
– Skilled in playing games and engaging our daughter in educational activities
– Will remain calm and easygoing when taking care of our daughter at our office
– Keeps log of daily happenings, meals, naps as our daughter’s eating and schedule is still somewhat in flux
– Respects the no TV rule
– Leaves religious/personal beliefs at home
– Is patient
– Is neat and organized
– Pays attention to detail
– Can email/text
– Can drive
– Not allergic to and doesn’t mind friendly cats (we have two)
– Will help with housework pertaining to baby – bottles, cook meals, laundry, diaper pail, dishes
– Preferably mid-thirties and older, but we are open to younger
