Looking for a true professional executive assistant who is meticulous and a self starter. This position is a hybrid of both personal and executive duties. The couple is looking for someone who can fluctuate between the home office in Manhattan Beach and the company office in Santa Monica. They are building a home in Malibu so it would be great if you have 5 years experience with construction. They are on the board of a philanthropic organization and you will ask as their liaison. Must have very strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Apple products. You should be a VERY fast typist as the Mrs. will call and quickly give you a to do list. We are also looking for someone who is a non smoker and who does not live with cats as The Mrs. has major allergies. Must have minimum 5- 7 years in a corporate environment and personal assistant skills. Ability to act as a four star concierge as you will be booking reservations and managing heavy travel with last minute changes. We are looking for a team player who is not a clock watcher and who can handle a fluctuating work week -sometimes it will be 40 hours, others will be 50. You must be comfortable taking calls on the weekends or getting a text here or there. This is a very loyal employer; their last assistant was with the family for 30 years.
