Jane of All Trades Personal Assistant needed for Creative Entrepreneur

A successful creative producer is in need of a wonderful PA to manage his day-to-day needs as well as occasional support to his wife and adorable puppy. He does have an EA that handles the business parts so you will be the manager of everything personal. You must have an even keeled personality. Nothing gets you ruffled and you are extremely efficient. This is will be a combination of working out of the home office, running errands and some remote work from your own home. Please have excellent MAC knowledge, expertise in Microsoft suite (calling all Excel lovers!) and a knack for organization. Ideally, you have experience setting up organizational systems. From syncing everything in the iCloud to scanning all receipts to creating a holiday gift list and overhauling a garage. It would be wonderful if you enjoy cooking. This is certainly a JANE OF ALL TRADES position; no task is too big or too small! You should be able to problem solve in a pinch. As you will be in their home it is essential that you understand how to read the room. Clients walk in and out of the home all day so while this is a very personal job, you must be comfortable in a bustling environment. This is a new position and will start part time with the potential to turn full time. Depending on your experience, this is a $25/hour position.
