Laurel Canyon Nanny needed for 30 hours

We are looking for the most flexible nanny for a creative and sweet 9 year old boy. Mom is a photographer and has a very erratic schedule. There are two little dogs in the house. There will be last minute trips where mom is out of town and needs someone to stay the night or there may be a trip where mom needs you to come. There will be three afternoon pickups ( Not sure of the days as moms schedule changes weekly), and one day of errands for the mom. 30 hours a week guaranteed, $25 per hour.
