This is an opportunity to work with a new agency that works across the pond and in NY. They primarily represent actors. The CEO is also in charge of other companies, so you will be handling calls for him in entertainment law, and some music booking. Day to day will be typical administrative duties such as rolling calls, managing correspondence, troubleshooting tech issues, keeping up with industry news and acting as a right hand to your boss. The ideal candidate has one year of experience at a busy entertainment company, is extremely organized, professional, loyal, trustworthy and dependable. This is a small office and you will be asked to wear many hats. The position is truly an entry level position, we are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running!
