PA needed for High Profile Recording Artist

We are looking for an incredible assistant to run this musician’s world! You must have at least 3 years of experience working as a PA for a high profile celebrity, hopefully, in music. Preferably, you speak a second language. Must be ready for anything, no job is too big or too small for you!

Job Responsibilities:

Manage personal and social calendar
Liaison with business team
Client Health Management: Trainer, Nutrition, Doctor appointments etc
Booking all travel: commercial & private flights, hotel, car service
Maintain personal accounting, assist with bill paying and coordinate with business manager
Responsible for making sure clients home, laundry / dry cleaning are in order
Manage clients storage inventory and shipments
Responsible for ambiance in clients studio and/or dressing room, meeting places.
Personal errands: Clothing, Groceries, Health store etc
Responsible for clients car washes, detail, fuel, DMV paperwork

Salary is 60-80k DOE
