Family of four needs Family Assistant

Amazing family of four is looking for a Family Assistant who can handle the house, the kids, the food and their life! House management duties include keeping everything stocked in the house, meeting vendors, doing all the shopping for the family, target, Caustic runs and small things like toilet paper in the guest bathroom or replacing a light bulb. There are two elementary aged kids who come home from school at 4 p.m. Mom and Dad both work and need someone who can oversee both kids schedules, homework, communication with the teachers, gifts for the birthday parties, some event planning related to the kids, making sure the uniforms are laid out and washing their sheets and laundry weekly. There is a housekeeper twice a week that deep cleans the whole house. Mom and Dad are usually home by 6:30 p.m. and would like to be alone after that with their family but they would like someone who is flexible to stay late. There is two weeks paid vacation and paid sick days. $25 per hour. Family is willing to pay half cash and half on the books. 10-7 and summers are longer days 7:30 a.m. -7:00 p.m.
We need to see at least 3 years of house management and family assistant experience. We would like to have someone who is a former nanny. There is bernadoodle who needs a walk once a day.
