Family company based in West LA is looking for an experienced estate manager who can oversee construction on the primary residence, and upkeep on the 3 additional homes all based in the area. We are looking for a take-charge person who is comfortable taking initiative and handling all of the management whether it is vendors or staff or more menial tasks like changing a light bulb and fixing a leak. This is mainly a Monday through Friday position, however if there is an event on the weekend, you will be expected to oversee it. There is an office on site of the main residence where you will be based. Principal would only like to consider West side applicants who are already residing in West LA. There is one dog on the property so you must be dog friendly. This is a salaried position with benefits.
