Amazing West Side (Marina Del Rey) couple with a newly built and gorgeous, contemporary home is looking for a fast and detail-oriented Assistant/House Manager to work full time. The duties are a mix of house management and personal assisting with a “no job too big, no job too small” attitude and a willingness to be available as needed. In other words, this is a 24/7 job, versus a straight up M-F job. One of the principals works in finance, and the other works in music and media production, and you will liaise with both offices on a regular basis. Important qualities required are as follows (partial list!) — team player who thinks three steps ahead, flexible, great with boundaries, and always eager to help. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience and AMAZING tech skills. Duties include managing time cards and requests for days off, managing all home inventory & maintenance, as well as the automobiles(washing/stocking/service/gas), plus running errands, booking travel and planning parties. In other words, helping with anything and everything while working closely with the Principals, their offices & the fellow staff. Pay is in the $65-$75k range, DOE. Applicants must have PRIVATE HOME experience, amazing tech skills, great written/verbal communication skills and GLOWING local/checkable references.
