We are working with a client in Studio City who is looking for a super health conscious Chef. This client would like to have her Chef cook and serve lunch and/or dinner one day per week in her home, and also cook several other dishes to be left behind and eaten throughout the week. She has one daughter who is sometimes around, as well as colleagues, so you are typically cooking for anywhere from one to three guests. This client is on a low FODMAP and gluten free diet, so applicants should either be familiar with FODMAPs or be willing to read up on them. There are plenty of apps and recipes available online. She has some permanent nerve damage on her left side, so grocery shopping is difficult for her, and she would like for her new Chef to handle all her food shopping.
