Flexible and dynamic bi-coastal family is looking for a personal assistant who lives westside. Family splits their time between Los Angeles and Tulum. Mom is a very busy holistic food innovator, hotelier and restaurateur. Duties include organizing calendars, shadowing conference calls, meetings and other requests. Must be proficient in organizing, filing and scanning /sharing documents in Google Drive. There is scheduling of calendars and appointments, rolling calls and taking notes when on the calls with the principals. There will also be bill paying and help with getting a new office space and possible move. In addition to business duties, there is some household management which includes making sure that the house in the Marina has food and supplies stocked in the fridge, and that the housekeeper is showing up on her specific days. It would be appreciated if you have a nanny background as the family has a ten year old and you may be needed for occasional baby-sitting if the son is in town. There may be pick-ups and drop offs as well as school applications, camps , activities and so it is important that you know West LA. We are looking for a stylish, well traveled, well educated person. This would be the perfect job for someone straight out of an agency who knows how to roll calls and do extensive calendar and travel. Family would also be open to someone with event experience and knows how to juggle all the balls in the air. Spanish Speaking is a definite plus. We would love to find someone who shares the same ethical and green living values as this family. There will be some travel!
