We are looking for a lovely, polished, sophisticated personal assistant/house manager in Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate is really organized and can act as both the assistant and house manager. You should enjoy managing a staff, which means your people skills are beyond reproach. You will be liaising with the corporate office in town, so you will be able to manage their calendar using Outlook. You know the difference between Hermes and Gucci, and you enjoy buying gifts as well as wrapping them. Candidates must have prior/local/recent experience as a personal assistant/household manager, verifiable references and a squeaky clean background. Hours are roughly 8am – 5pm M-F, but you should expect to take calls after hours and work the occasional weekend. Pay is DOE for the right candidate. Please reach out if you are interested. Thank you!
