We are looking for an extremely organized PA who is really comfortable working with a multi-tasking professional Mom! This job is a bit of everything, from personal to family and business, which includes helping with her production company. They do a ton of plays and musicals; an interest in this is ideal!
The perfect person loves children, as you will be a back up for the nanny, has experience working in a home office and has a college degree. Your correspondence skills are top notch and can prioritize a busy inbox. You will be managing the schedule, liaising with vendors, overseeing projects and doing research for anything from business to finding a great pediatrician.
You naturally are fast, resourceful, kind and love to problem solve. It would be great if you have a background in events or entertainment and some family exposure. Tech savvy is your middle name and you are great with everything Microsoft Office, everything Google and if you can use Final Cut or any editing program and Photoshop that is a bonus. We would love if you are CPR certified, if not, we can arrange that. Ideally, you are in West LA!
The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility. There could be some travel in the future and there is a possibly that this could turn into some remote work and having a good office set up in your home would be great.
Depending on your experience, the position is offering a salary range between 60-75k and health insurance.
