Manhattan Beach Family needs wonderful housekeeper

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper who can clean, iron sheets, handle vendors and errands and be part of a family for a long time. There is a cat and a 9 pound small dog. The family will pay for full time (40 hours) but the job will mostly be 9-4 Monday through Thursday. They will occasionally need you on a weekend day if they have a party or special event at the house. According to the current assistant, the family has asked for weekend help 1-2 times in the last year. This a kind and respectful family that pays on the books!
