Best Hybrid Nanny Assistant Job of the New Year

Full-time + Nanny/Assistant needed for high profile single Dad with two children who are 3.5 (a girl) & 6 (a boy). Dad has the kiddos two weekends per month and 1-2 days during the week when he’s in town. This position will work at Dad’s company (a large public financial firm in DTLA) when the kids are with Mom, and at Dad’s house when he has the kids. Weekends (two per month) are often spent at the ranch in Santa Ynez. The job will guarantee 40 hours per week and pays on the books with paid sick days, paid holidays and health benefits. Dad travels to fabulous locations with the kids for a couple of weeks at a time and you will be expected to travel with him. Our ideal candidate is super flexible as this position works in an office in DTLA, a house on the West side, a ranch in Santa Ynez and in various exotic locations around the world when traveling. Some work days will have typical office hours, i.e. 8/9am to 5/6pm — and other days will start later (picking the kids up from school) and work through bed-time. Weekends are full-on — morning to bedtime, with overnights. We are looking for the ultimate camp counselor, big sister who is super active, will ride a horse, drive a Segway, race a go-kart, make a fort, play games, jump on a tramp and know how to expertly entertain two bored kids on a long plane ride. Hopefully you can also pack a perfect suitcase, anticipate needs AND have fantastic admin. skills for both the home and the office.
