House Manager Needed in Brentwood

This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a dynamic couple and their family. This smart home is looking for someone who can represent the family well; A true house manager that can put the entire home on an ipad and understand what organization means! The staff that handles the home includes a couple nannies, a personal assistant, a chef, and a few housekeepers, so please have experience in time sheets, HR, household manuals, and organization! The schedule is Monday – Friday but you need to be flexible to work week ends.
This is a LIVE-OUT position. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, sorting mail, paying bills, dealing with vendors and construction crew-the house is constantly being upgraded. We would love to find someone who has the knowledge of how to throw a dinner party and has some type of experience in event planning. You may be asked to help serve, place wine glasses in a formal setting and can ultimately throw an exquisite dinner party seamlessly. The family loves to travel- you may be asked to plan an African Safari, a tour of Eastern Europe or an Asian Adventure!

There will be smaller tasks asked of you as well: including stocking the home with anything from soap, and lining up toilet paper beautifully to buying fine wines. It is important that you have good verbal and writing skills. The family is looking for someone that has verifiable and fantastic references.
