A private Family Investment Group in Beverly Hills is seeking a senior executive assistant to support its Founder. You will be working independently with the Founder and interacting with the leadership team. This position is largely a high level executive assistant role, but candidates must also feel comfortable managing projects, arranging travel and some personal needs. The ideal person has excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, experience as an EA and a PA, fantastic problem-solving skills and the ability to work well on a team. We would love to see at least 10+ years of experience and stellar references. The ideal person loves to make sure their boss is well taken care of. You do it all with ease and efficiency and you love to make sure every detail is correct!
Must have a college degree, a flexible schedule and the ability to work full time in the office during the week and be available nights/weekends for remote work as needed.
