King of Hospitality seeks Savvy Right Hand

We are searching for the most organized EA with extraordinary attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how to run an Entrepreneur’s busy life. You must have a creative brain that allows you to have the foresight of how to plan a schedule that is both efficient and smooth. You understand that your boss does not have time to micromanage you and you take pride in anticipating their needs.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a successful team that is still growing. You will be the EA for your boss as well as take on some project management once you have mastered his schedule and admin needs. Previous employees have stayed for years and have grown within the company and had the support to move on when they are ready.

We are looking for someone very special and are being extremely selective. The ideal person has a background working on a fast paced entertainment/PR/hospitality desk for a top Agent, Entrepreneur, etc. We would love to see at least 5-10 years.

You will be working on a small team in an office in the West Hollywood Hills (in a house that fronts as an office.) This is a salaried position, 65-85k DOE plus benefits.
