MAIN ASSISTANT
• Maintain schedule
• Make appointments
• Big projects, getting visas
• Research vacations, investments
• Research and purchase computers and music gear
• Manage other assistants, household staff, construction projects
• Negotiating on my behalf
• Good writing, communicating
• Self-starter
• Hustle
• For lack of a better word, ‘nurturing’ (always on the look out, anticipating needs)
• Lives near Santa Monica
• 40 hours/week, mostly at a home office.
• Available round the clock as a point-person.
• Works well with other assistants. Can delegate.

TRAVEL ASSISTANT
• Tough, roadworthy
• Carrying bags
• Checking into airbnbs, hotels
• Renting cars
• Shopping
• Setting up office
• Packing/unpacking
• Flights
• Finding activities
• Making reservations
• 10 weeks/year
