Bel Air Dad Needs Early Bird Family Assistant

Terrific divorced Dad in Bel Air is looking for a full-time Family Assistant. His children are 16, 14 & 11. They each attend different schools. Dad leaves for work extraordinarily early and is looking for a Nanny who can be at his house by 6am, M-F. Dad is usually home early so you rarely work over 40 hours. The kids go to Mom’s house every other week so you are employed 52 weeks of the year; however when the kids are with Mom — Nanny’s work week is incredibly light. You might do some errands or assistant work, but the work can often be done on your time from your home. It’s a dreamy scenario! This job is less about child care now that the children are older and more about organizing schedules, driving, pulling meals together and carrying out many PA and Household Management tasks. We are looking for a tech-savvy college educated Nanny who lives within 15 miles from Bel Air and has experience with teenagers. There is a tutor who comes every day after school so you certainly won’t be expected to tutor the children, but you will be involved in their school life. Pay is on the books with paid time off (vacation, sick days and holidays). Dad is hoping to find a Family Assistant who will be willing to take vacation when he and the kids are away but understands that may not be possible every year.
