Creative organized family is looking for a part time chef in the Palisades

They love organic, healthy, flavorful, farm to table, Mediterranean, Asian and American cuisine.  The schedule is great- the family eats at 5:30.
The husband is lactose intolerant and cannot eat any butter, milk or cream.
They love lots of veggies and fish, shellfish (except for scallops), grass-fed beef and poultry. (No lamb, gamey meats, fishy fish or fried foods). 
They prefer gluten-free and anti-inflammatory foods but aren’t super strict about it. 

They have a lot of the basics in the pantry and and hope not to duplicate too much. The girls usually have their own menu and they have something different or try to tailor depending on food options.
They begin with an appetizer, and then entree with dessert for the girls (desserts can have dairy but try to stay healthier). 
The family would like someone Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Friday.
The fee is paid on books and no pets.
