Executive Personal Assistant needed for A List Celebrity

We are looking for a professional full-time assistant – preferably with several years of experience assisting an A-list celebrity or high profile individual. You must have excellent, long term references, and the ability to be fully flexible for your boss. You will be responsible for overseeing both personal and professional commitments – including traveling on location ahead to set up temporary housing, working as on-set support during shooting, and working in concert with various staff – business manager, housekeepers, nannies, agents, etc – to facilitate finances, child care, and schedule. This is a full time commitment and we are looking for a lovely assistant who truly loves taking care of people. Salary is DOE, based on experience.
