Full Time Nanny

Basically we obviously want excellent candidates  – college educated, excellent driving, swimming, ability to travel, experience with our ages, great energy, fit with our personality and household, but not just a playmate – someone with experience/knowledge about childhood development, ability and willingness to discipline, set limits, etc. 
We will likely be hiring two people – with our previous nanny she was going to work M-Thur around 8am-7pm, and then we were going to hire someone for Fri-Sun. I am flexible on each person’s schedule as long as we have 7 day a week coverage and everyone is happy. They will be paid on the books and must love dogs
