NEW YORK: We are looking for the best, most organized and detail oriented Personal Assistant for the founder of a successful company. The principal has an Executive Assistant (and #1) so you be responsible for keeping his personal life running smoothly on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for heavy (and constant changing) calendar management, e-mail and phone correspondence, travel (private and commercial) working with domestic staff (there are two residences), running local errands and helping with personal shopping. You will based out of the offices downtown. Must have a minimum of 5 years recent, full time experience working as a PA/EA for a busy C level executive. Experience in the art/creative world is a bonus but not required. College degree is required.
Salary DOE: $100,000.
