Executive Assistant/Admin/Personal Assistant needed for CEO of growing media company. The CEO has never had a true support system before, and needs someone who can help him as his companies grow. You should have no ego, and feel comfortable doing small tasks such as getting his laundry and coffee to accompanying him to meetings and taking notes. You will be responsible for his personal and business calendars, helping with family obligations, booking travel and acting as the liaison between his NYC and SF offices. The offices are in DUMBO. Schedule is flexible, M-F, 9a-6p with occasional OT.
