Executive Personal Assistant needed in DC

We are looking for an Executive and Personal Assistant would serve as the primary point of contact between the principal and, household staff members/company employees and vendors related to both the home and office. We are looking for someone who will oversee the CEO’s office and personal life. The ideal candidate is a motivated, meticulous, and organized individual with a high level of integrity and energy that will thrive in this fast-paced opportunity with minimal supervision.
You will be responsible for managing their calendar, planning both personal and business trips, assist with any occasional personal & business errands, manage all personal staff members, oversee household projects e.g. renovations, assist with event planning for business, personal, and social gatherings, and be flexible to occasionally travel.
 
Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior-level executives & have Extensive knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and GSuite (GVC, Gmail, Google docs).
