Amazing Groundskeeper position for an immaculate 13-Acre Estate in Millneck, NY!

Your new home will be a gorgeous 3-bedroom carriage house on the Estate grounds.

Position will include:
– Keeping the external grounds (lawns, gardens, trees, and pool) in immaculate condition at all times.
– Supervising outside vendors and workers.
– Ensuring that all home systems are running properly at all times (cable, electric, water, air conditioning, heat, smart home devices, pool etc.).
– Completing ad hoc tasks
– Winterizing the house and ensuring that all systems are running efficiently throughout the off-season months.

Must be comfortable with large dogs. Looking for someone proactive and efficient to maintain this lovely property!

Pay is $60-65k DOE
