We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 4 years recent, full time experience in a support role. You will be working out of a home office for two busy executives. This family is extremely busy, and travel often, and need an anchor in their home to keep things running smoothly.
Duties include doing 75% admin/EA work (calendar management, party planning, online purchases and stocking home, managing a housekeeper and chef, planning travel: both business and personal), as well as running local errands, helping with dog and occasionally picking up their child from school.
Because you will be working out of their home, we want to find someone who has a lovely disposition, well mannered and well spoken. You should have excellent manners, and understand that even though your office is a “home”, you are a professional!
Ideal candidate will have a college degree, and be flexible to work from 9-6p, M-F.
Salary DOE, $70k plus benefits and PTO.
