We are looking for a Personal Assistant/House Manager to work for a busy family in the Marina District of San Francisco.
You will be responsible for the hiring and training of new staff, managing the staff (of 4) as well as acting as the liason between the staff and the principals. You will need to vet any necessary vendors, as well as prioritize household projects, plan events, and keep the home running smoothly.
Both principals have EAs at their respective offices, so you should feel comfortable working in a team and working with the office assistants to coordinate their schedules, etc.
The family has two young kids, so you should not only feel comfortable managing a nanny, but also managing the children’s schedules if needed.
Other duties include: assisting in travel planning, planning both small and large parties at the residence, and other typical House Manager tasks.
Salary DOE, plus paid PTO (3 weeks!)
