Couple in West Hollywood Seeks Amazing Part Time Chef

Our client is a mature couple who live on the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. They are looking for a flexible Chef who can cook in the home twice a week — primarily on weekdays. The client will cancel sometime, but will always pay regardless. Ideally Chef will cook both lunch and dinner and perhaps leave an item or two for the following day. Pay is via payroll. The wife would like to lose some weight and enjoys eating very healthy, organic, delicious food — flavorful but without a lot of sauce. If guests (often adult “children” and grandchildren) come — Chef will be given plenty of notice. Flexible Full Time Chef Wanted

Couple in the Palisades seek FT flexible Chef. Chef is paid a full-time salary and will not be expected to travel regularly (and the Couple is away a lot), so there’s a good deal of PTO built into the position. When they are in residence, Chef is on call to cook L to D seven days a week. They go out to eat often, so there will be off days, but the days Chef will be off may change from week to week. Guests come by often, but large parties are infrequent. Chef cooks a staff meal (for app. 4-5) as well. We are looking for a seasoned Private Chef (minimum 5 years experience in an estate setting) who can roll with late adds and unique requests and can be completely flexible in service to the Principals. Reminder — you are paid fully when they travel which may be for weeks at a time so the flexibility you provide when the Principals are in town is given back to you in equal measure. ● Ideal (but flexible on this) would be Sunday through Thursday 2pm-7pm with flexibility to occasionally (once every few months) to work Saturday evening when the family is entertaining guests.
● Responsible for preparing simple, wholesome family meals (i.e. protein, vegetables, starch) for a family of five (two adults and three children under the age of six). No dietary restrictions. Family enjoys a variety of cuisines – prefers healthy, organic, fresh ingredients, clean eating when possible.
● Responsible for preparing and serving dinner and prepping lunch and healthy snacks for the following day (soup, salad, etc.). Flexibility to occasionally come early and cook breakfast if the family is entertaining guests.
● Responsible for all food supply shopping, pantry maintenance, kitchen cleanup and overall kitchen organization.
● Able to manage a 8-10 person dinner party and source additional support staff when necessary.

Our lovely down to earth clients are looking for you to help them keep their fridge and pantry stocked with some delicious foods! They are a family of four with 2 teenagers and 2 adults, all of whom have traveled the world tasting the best food and whom demand quality. Organic is appreciated and the ability to keep things interesting with variety is the goal! Please love dogs, there is a family german shepard mix who is friendly and around.

They eat everything – this is a pro gluten, diary, meat and fish household! They are just trying to avoid seed oils and one member of the household is allergic to scallops.

The teenage boys are student athletes with super busy schedules and are always hungry. Mom would love help as she’s finding it hard to keep up with their busy schedules and large appetites! They would love high protein options for the boys and options in the fridge to grab and go. They would love a family dinner a couple nights a week, lunches and snacks 2-3 days a week. Would love a candidate who can also help with the occasional dinner party as they love to entertain here and there. Opportunity also to travel to their homes in Nashville on holidays potentially – but this is not a deal breaker if you can not travel!
