Palm Springs based Real Estate Entrepreneur seeking Part Time Executive Assistant to manage her jet setting life and business

Our incredibly smart, humble and busy client is seeking the most organized, thoughtful and tech savvy assistant to run her world! This will be a 20 hour a week position, once a week in person if she’s out of town, and twice a week in person when she’s in town.
Our client has a massive real estate portfolio and needs help with setting meetings, digital organization, coordinating with her father’s assistant to ensure all vendors at the home are being set and setting all of her personal appointments including doctors and wellness.
This amazing client cares for her father and while her father has his own assistant, you will be the liaison to make sure all documents get signed, and he is being cared for. Especially being the eyes and ears when your boss is traveling.
The ideal executive assistant has experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, all apple products and incredible research skills. You are organized, patient, experienced and a kind but mature person who brings a sense of zen to your work.
We are looking for desert based assistant who can easily go to Rancho Mirage Palm Springs.
Ready to hire! Hourly rate is DOE.
