I had been on the hunt for the right job for about 6 months before I was introduced to the Help Co. I came in and interviewed with Naomi and owner Claudia who were very attentive to my needs/requirements for my new prospective job. After a month of working with The Help Co. they were able to find me a job with an A List prolific entertainment professional, a job that doesn't come around very often I might add. What I enjoyed most with working with them is they did not push me to interview for anything I did not believe was right for me or did not meet my salary requirements. They were so helpful every step of the way, great with follow-up to both employers and myself after interviews during the interview process. I felt like they worked every day to help me get my job with a smile on their face. They were able to negotiate my salary more than I had anticipated and were such a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about these ladies!

The Help Company made my search for a nanny position easy! I have a Nanny job that I absolutely love and I can’t thank enough to Melissa for finding me such a wonderful family. While searching for a job, I was working with two of the larger nanny agencies in San Francisco. I found that there was not nearly as much one to one communication with these agencies, and I felt like just another candidate that would get forwarded general job descriptions. I had heard many stories of agencies being hard to work with and never really keeping your best interests in mind: mostly that agencies benefitted quite nicely from the hard work that YOU put in, while you would be paying a portion of your salary to them. I decided to try it out though, because I like to make my own judgments. Right off the bat, I was MORE than pleasantly surprised that Melissa Jensen, my agent, really cared about the client she was hiring for, but also really cared that the person she would ultimately hire for the position would be happy and have all of their needs met. Melissa made it clear that she would be around whenever I needed her should I have any questions about my interview. She gave me wonderful advice on how to present myself in the interview, and what type of questions to ask. I really think her suggestions helped me to get the job....it was offered to me straight away! Not only did I have a very generous salary negotiated for me, but also a contract drawn up to ultimately protect me and my interests, by the Help Company. Melissa, and The Help Company, helped me take the next step in my career in the private service sector. Because of Melissa and The Help Company, I am PROUD of my job and have gotten very good in my field. Melissa and The Help Company taught me how important it is for me to take pride in my work....this making me a better employee for my wonderful boss. It's also very important to note, that when working with the Help Company, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THEM A FEE!
