Incredible opportunity to work in a thriving financial services firm! You will be working hand in hand with the 1st assistant to support the CEO and President of the company. This is a dream schedule, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some flexibility to do last minute travel changes and restaurant bookings. You should be the most detail oriented, meticulous, refined, professional assistant with at least 8 years of experience. You carry yourself calmly, though with a sense of urgency and have the ability to think 5 steps ahead of your boss. You will be scheduling private travel, extensive meetings, acting as the liaison with the estate manager and working with the office manager to coordinate holiday parties and company retreats. This is a wonderful established company that is looking to add an exceptional assistant to their fold. It is about a 60/40 personal/business split. You will be tech savvy and resourceful. The office operates on PCs, outlook, basic excel, minimal powerpoint, extensive word and multi tasking is key! Salary is 80k DOE plus full benefits and a 401k.
