We are looking for a meticulous, self starter with excellent writing and social media skills to help support and incredible visionary. You are motivated, positive and full of energy. You should have at least 3 years experience supporting a high level executive in a high pressure, fast paced environment. It would be great if you worked at a talent agency, studio, PR firm or marketing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an EA who is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally. You must be a great independent worker with fantastic problem solving skills as you will mostly be working remotely. You will be given an office set up and working primarily 8:30am-6:30pm. Flexibility is key as you might be working nights and weekends if there is an event or a huge new project comes in. As well, you might need to travel. In addition to the typical administrative duties of scheduling, travel arrangements and setting meetings, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit as you will be focusing on social media content, maintaining the company website, building relationships, creating marketing desks, writing blogs and asking as the key liaison between this entrepreneur and her high profile clients.

Salary is 50-60k, depending on your experience and you are given health benefits with a 50% contribution. National holidays are off as well as 2 weeks of vacation.
