We are looking for the most organized, confidential and resourceful executive assistant to the life of this busy Philanthropist out of her home office. You will be the best gatekeeper and be able to juggle booking international travel, personal shopping appointments at Neiman Marcus and organizing board meetings. Hours are generally Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. Heavy scheduling, overseeing vendors and organizing all aspects of this woman’s life will be your everyday goal. You must be comfortable working independently as well as taking direction when she is in the office. You have strong MAC knowledge, can manage social media accounts in your sleep, love Excel spreadsheets and you look forward to Christmas holiday gifting!
