Truly legendary entertainer needs a second assistant to work out of a gorgeous home office in Malibu. Many on the staff have been working together for 25 + years. This is a very busy office requiring great attention to detail and a certain level of sophistication. Tech skills are important, as you will need to troubleshoot all sorts of office equipment. The ideal candidate lives somewhere near Malibu, as over time, the commute becomes exhausting. You must be able to work independently, but also be open to taking instruction from the first assistant. Typical duties include calendar management, making appointments, DVR recording & maintenance, and dealing with multiple Excel database (inventories and more). Candidates must be extraordinarily detail oriented. Experience with heavy phones & emails as well as knowledge of Final Draft would be appreciated. Our ideal candidate is a tech savvy career assistant who is not a clock watcher. Please let us know if you fit the bill.
