Drop Off Chef Wanted: We are working with a super cool family in the Palisades. Both parent work … a LOT, and they need help feeding themselves and their two school-aged children. It would be IDEAL to have food dropped off every day Monday-Thursday. They would love dinners some items for breakfast and lunch (including more creative school lunches). The teenage daughter is an adventurous eater who would LOVE to be involved and pitch menu ideas; however, her younger brother is picky! Mom

We have been lucky to call this family a client for years now! We have placed several happy employees here over the years.

Mom and Dad are around during the day, and enjoy Lunch and Dinner being served. You will also make fresh dog food for their beloved dogs as well as separate meals for the young kids and their Nanny.

This is a great schedule, Monday-Friday! They like to eat lunch between 11am-12pm and dinner is served around 5pm. The parents like items left in the fridge for breakfast they can grab like overnight oats.

You will mostly work in their Calabasas home, and might be asked to go to the Malibu beach home here and there. No travel needed out of LA.

You will work in a gorgeous home run by one of our favorite Estate Managers in the city, who manages with kindness and open communication. This is a tight knit team, and they are looking for a warm, kind, professional and experienced top notch Chef to join their team.

Encino Part Time Chef Opening — Lovely Encino client is looking for a Chef two days per week — ideally Monday + Saturday or Tuesday + Friday. They have just finished building out a fabulous kitchen in their office at the beach. It is well equipped, but we are sure that you will be able to put your finishing touches on the office. There are probably 20-30 team members that will be eating from a buffet – mostly healthy but once in a while they would like some comfort food. You will obviously have help!! Our client in the Holmby/Bel Air area is looking for a FT Chef to cook lunch and dinner, either Monday though Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. (The schedule may vary week to week, depending on what’s going on.) Typically, Chef cooks for three-four people (Husband/Wife/Nanny/2-year old child) and occasionally another couple will come by for dinner. This is family cooking — primarily low-salt (for dad), some nut allergies (2-year old) and vegetarian cooking a couple times a week. Nothing fussy — lots of clean greens, proteins, rustic stews, pasta etc … They really love all different ethnic foods (particularly Asian) so familiarity with gloabl cuisine is appreciated. No fad diets!! This home is about humble cooking using the best ingredients. Lunch is typically at 11:00am and Dinner is at 5:00pm. Pay is up to $120k per year + insurance and paid time off. You must have a strong culinary background to be considered. The perfect chef is a culinary school graduate with a nutrition background, experience working for high profile clients and various diets.
This will be BLD in the Studio City/Hollywood Hills area. You will put all the meals together and might serve, but it is very casual. They would like to have the fridge stocked with options and you will be there to do the cooking. Client would love to see your food instagram pictures as well!
