SAN FRANCISCO FAMILY ASSISTANT NEEDED:

We are looking for a Family Assistant for a family in Russian Hill. This is a full time job. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years full time experience working in the service industry. You will be responsible for managing heavy calendars (for mom, dad and kids), email and phone correspondence, greeting guests, running local errands, scheduling family trips, managing light bills for an apartment the family owns, as well as anything else to keep the household running smoothly.

This is a fully staffed home- they have a chef and housekeeper and two nannies, so you should be a team player and get along well with others!

Any babysitting experience is also preferred, as the family has two young girls and we want someone who will feel comfortable interacting with elementary age kids.

Any retail experience is ideal, as the family is very fashion forward and would love someone who has an eye for style.

The family is looking for someone who will fit in with the vibe of their home, so personality is as important as experience. We are willing to train the perfect person!

College degree is required, local candidates only. Must have long term references- loyalty is key to this family. They want someone who will stay for years!

Salary DOE, $25/hr. Schedule is M-F: 9-6p.

East Side Property Manager

We are looking for an house manager/ personal assistant who has longevity in their career. ( 5-7 years running a house or working as a personal assistant in a home)
• 60% Home Management
o Coordinate and arrange anyone who works at the house (i.e. nannies, housekeepers, exterminators, electricians, handymen, contractor, gardener, pool repairman etc.)
o Specifically understand each person’s job description & accountability and ensure they are executing
o Meet with new workers at the house to show them specifically what needs to be fixed. Verify work was done properly and be quality control
o Negotiate with vendors to make sure we are getting a fair price
• 20% Personal Travel
o Coordinate and book flights, charters, hotels, greeters, and drivers
o Confirm drivers and greeters on day of travel
o Manage backup flights and hotels
o Create trip manifests/bibles

Candidate must have experience working in large estates and understand the dynamics of a busy household. This is a fully staffed home, so you must be a team player and be able to juggle the various tasks that may come up. The client wants to Go Green and would love someone who has experience in working in this type of household- even better if you have helped transitioning into sustainable living. Every project requires comprehensive management to address the challenges and risks associated with planning, design and construction. Must know how to handle anything from HVAC systems to actual hands-on small building projects. Candidate must also have a sense of building contracts and various types of property insurance, etc. Must know how to use a computer, email, and cell/text phone. You will be working and managing a good team of workers. A strong attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic are needed. This is a hands on job, and we want to find someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.

Schedule is M-F, flexibility is key as they may need you on a weekend if an occasional something comes up.
