The right estate manager will be able to handle everything from fixing the HVAC system to stocking their vacation homes and preparing them for the family’s arrival. Coordinating with house managers at two of their properties will be part of the job as well as managing the staff in their full time residence. The housekeeping staff has been with this family for years and they want to keep it this way. The perfect estate manager will be HANDS ON and be willing to lend a hand wherever and whenever is needed and be an excellent team player. Everyone is respectful and respected and this MUST stay the same for anyone coming in.

You must be self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills and detailed follow through. We are looking for someone who is honest, dignified, discreet and trustworthy. Someone who will have a natural and professional rapport with the principal as you will be his right hand person. Finally the principal is seeking someone who has extensive high-end hospitality experience and speaks French (other languages a plus!).
