Assistant needed in North Malibu

You will be the assistant to the Property Manager of a gorgeous property in North Malibu. We want someone smart, trustworthy and someone who takes initiative. There are kids at the property and an older parent so please be willing to pitch in and help on all fronts. You will be checking in with vendors and doing some light maintenance around the house. There will be food prep for the babies and some meal prep for the principal and his mom. There is some cleaning as well. Client pays on the books $35 per hour on the books, insurance stipend after a 3 month trial, hours are 1030- 730 Tuesday – Saturday. There is two weeks paid vacation, and sick days.
