Flexible Personal Assistant Driver who can travel with Tech Entrepreneurs

We are looking for a Jack of All Trades who loves doing a little of everything. You will be the go to person who goes wherever your bosses go. These Tech Entrepreneurs are best friends that live together and run their company together. You will drive the Range Rover from their Beverly Hills home to Malibu, drive them around to parties and clubs, travel to Brazil, Costa Rica, French Riveria and more, and be the person who makes reservations while they travel, be the liaison with customs, and be the eyes and ears for the house manager in Beverly Hills.

Please have a great “of service” attitude, while still being hip and culturally savvy. You will be driving around your bosses who are in the mid 20s and super successful. Your job is to make their lives easier. From picking up a gift at Gucci, to handling the table service at the club, to picking up a friend at the airport and more, almost anything goes!

This is for someone with 1-2 years of HIGH PROFILE experience as a Personal Assistant/Driver – you will need a CLEAR DRIVING RECORD, and a savviness to mange their luxury needs. You will have a 24/7 mindset and be flexible to travel at the last minute. During travel, you will be in charge of the luggage and coordinating with the 1st class cabin or private.

We are also looking for someone who can lift 20-50 pounds as you will be managing heavy luggage during travel. Please be very tech savvy, you will be coordinating schedules with other staff on Google Cal, and should be able to set up a smart home on vacation – ie. syncing devices.

This is a HYBRID position – personal assistant/driver/valet type of role, please be excited and willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
