Cool full time bookkeeper needed in Santa Monica

This is a fantastic job for one of our extremely busy clients who needs a AAA bookkeeper. You will NOT be micro managed! In fact we would be happy if you have the personality to be helpful and a team player! Nothing is too much for you, you would not mind helping with the phone if it rings when the others are busy, or help grab some samples from the shelves. The company is using studio webware which keeps track of reimbursable, sales orders, tracking and posting – You will be in charge of interacting with the accountant, paying personal bills from wi-fi to mortgage, and the employees – both personal and business. It would be fabulous if you have a creative background and understand the finances and importance of sales tax and taxable items. She can keep you very busy. The company is growing and growing and you will be part of this fabulous company that handles the who’s who of Los Angles and New York. Please have a helpful attitude if the decorator needs help to the car, or is running late, and needs another pair of eyes or hands!
